SHANGHAI, China, August 20, 2026 — The IASLC 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC 2026), hosted by the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC), will take place in Seoul, Republic of Korea, from September 12 to 15, 2026. Duality Biotherapeutics, Inc. (DualityBio; HKEX: 09606, or "the Company") today announced that data from the novel-novel combination trial of the investigational B7-H3-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) elfetabart drozuntecan (DB-1311/BNT324, also known as elfe-D), an asset being developed in collaboration with BioNTech SE (Nasdaq: BNTX, "BioNTech"), in combination with the pumitamig, a PD-L1×VEGF-A bispecific immunomodulator developed by BioNTech and Bristol Myers Squibb Company(NYSE:BMY, "BMS"), will be presented in a late braking oral presentation .
The abstract title has been published on the official WCLC website. Key details are as follows:
Pumitamig (PD-L1×VEGF-A bsAb) + Elfetabart Drozuntecan (Elfe-D, B7H3 ADC) in Patients with Advanced/Metastatic Lung Cancer (NSCLC or SCLC)
Presentation format: Oral Presentation
Presentation number: OA14.01
Session: OA14. Breakthrough Immunotherapies in Advanced NSCLC
Presentation time: September 15, 12:32 p.m. to 12:42 p.m. local time
This clinical trial represents the first data evaluating an ADC in combination with any PD-(L)1×VEGF bispecific antibody in lung cancer, underscoring DualityBio and BioNTech’s commitment to advancing novel-novel combination treatment strategies. The latest data will be presented at WCLC 2026.
About elfetabart drozuntecan
Elfetabart drozuntecan (elfe-D or DB-1311/BNT324) is a next-generation ADC candidate targeting the immune checkpoint protein B7-H3. The transmembrane glycoprotein B7-H3 plays a key role in antitumor immune responses and the shaping of the tumor microenvironment. It is overexpressed in a range of solid tumors, with limited expression in healthy tissues, and has been associated with disease progression and poor prognosis [1]. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that elfetabart drozuntecan exhibits antitumor activity across multiple solid tumor models [2]. Preliminary data from ongoing Phase 1/2 clinical trials have shown antitumor activity and a manageable safety profile for elfetabart drozuntecan in patients with advanced solid tumors [3].
Elfetabart drozuntecan is currently being evaluated in multiple clinical trials, including:
l A global pivotal Phase 3 clinical trial in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) (NCT07365995);
l A global Phase 1/2 clinical trial in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors (NCT05914116);
l A global Phase 2 clinical trial of elfetabart drozuntecan in combination with the PD-L1/VEGF-A immunomodulator pumitamig in multiple solid tumors (NCT06953089);
l A global Phase 1/2 clinical trial of elfetabart drozuntecan in combination with the PD-L1/VEGF-A immunomodulator pumitamig in patients with advanced, metastatic, or relapsed/progressive SCLC and NSCLC (NCT06892548).
